Why I'm building aldowebsitellc.xyz

A personal site is a forcing function. Here's the plan.

I'm an apprentice software engineer at Coding Temple, in Park City, Utah. I've spent the last year building things in private and reading books I haven't finished. This site is the opposite of that.

The plan is simple: ship in public, write down what I learn, and let people hire me when they need a website.

Three reasons I'm doing this:

  1. Writing forces clarity. If I can't explain a Sec+ topic in 300 words, I don't actually know it.
  2. A real domain with my own work on it beats a polished resume.
  3. If a small business owner needs a site, I want them to find a person, not a portfolio.

What's coming: short technical posts (eJPT lab notes, web security walkthroughs, things I broke), occasional rants, no listicles.
