aldowebsitellc.xyz is operated by Aldo Website LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), a US-registered limited liability company based in Park City, Utah.

These terms cover both this website (aldowebsitellc.xyz) and the Aldo's Toolkit Android app (package xyz.aldowebsitellc.toolkit) on Google Play. By visiting the site, installing or using the app, creating an account, buying anything, or contacting us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the app.

You must be at least 18 years old (or, if younger, old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and at least 16) to use the site or app and to create an account. The site and app are intended for a general, non-child audience. By signing up you confirm that the email and information you provide are accurate.

You're responsible for keeping your password secure. We won't ask you for it. If you suspect your account has been compromised, email us immediately.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse the service, or post content that's illegal, harmful, or threatens others.

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from inside the app (Account tab, confirmed by an emailed 6-digit code) or on the web at aldowebsitellc.xyz/account. On deletion we remove your data, except records we are required to keep: Stripe order records are retained for tax and financial-records obligations with the customer email scrubbed to “[deleted account]”. The Aldo's Toolkit Android app (package xyz.aldowebsitellc.toolkit) is licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.

Because the app is distributed through Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and use of the app.

The app itself does not process in-app payments. Purchases are completed via the website's Stripe-hosted checkout opened in an external browser; the refund terms below (30-day ebook refund, non-refundable service deposit) apply to those purchases the same way they do on the website.

The AI features (AI Tutor, the Dexter assistant, and Image AI) are powered by third-party large language models. Their outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or fabricated (“hallucinated”).

AI output is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or security advice, and you must independently verify it before relying on it.

You are responsible for what you submit. Do not submit real secrets, credentials, personal data about others, or unlawful content, and do not abuse, bypass, or attempt to circumvent the AI rate limits or quotas.

The developer and security utilities (hash, base64, JWT decoder, regex tester, UUID, password generator, and similar) are provided “as is” for convenience and education, with no warranty of correctness, completeness, or fitness for any security-critical purpose.

Do not rely on them as the sole basis for any production or security decision, and do not use them to attack, test, or probe systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test.

The on-device credential vault stores your data only on your own device, behind your device biometric or PIN. We have no access to it and cannot recover or reset its contents.

You are solely responsible for your device security, your own backups, and remembering and retaining your credentials. Loss of the device, an OS reset, clearing the app's data, or uninstalling the app permanently destroys the vault contents.

All payments are processed by Stripe Inc. We never see, store, or have access to your card number. Stripe's terms apply: stripe.com/legal/consumer.

Prices on the site are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where applicable.

Failed or disputed charges may result in suspension of services until resolved.

When you post comments, ratings, or any content on this site, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the site as part of running the service.

By posting content, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. Don't post anything illegal, harassing, deceptive, or spam-like.

We may remove content that violates these terms, without notice, at our discretion.

All site content (design, text, images, code, downloads) is owned by Aldo Website LLC unless attributed otherwise. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

For website services we deliver to you, you receive a perpetual license to use the final work for your business. Underlying templates, libraries, and reusable code remain ours.

The site, the app, and our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep them secure and online, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

Educational content (blog posts, ebooks), the in-app tools, and AI output are provided for informational purposes only. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or security advice. Do your own research and verify before acting on anything you read or generate. See the AI features and tools sections above for the specific disclaimers.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Aldo Website LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, in that case, this section applies to the extent permitted.

The site and app rely on third-party processors, including Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Resend, Groq, Google, Cloudflare, Sentry, Open-Meteo, and Expo. Their availability and their own terms are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their services or any downtime they cause.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

App-store distribution is also subject to Google Play's terms. Nothing here waives mandatory local consumer-protection rights that may apply to you (for example, in the EU/EEA and other jurisdictions); where such rights cannot be waived, they continue to apply and this section is read down to the extent permitted.
