aldowebsitellc.xyz is operated by Aldo Website LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), a US-registered limited liability company based in Park City, Utah.

By using this website — visiting it, creating an account, buying anything, or contacting us — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that the email and information you provide are accurate.

You're responsible for keeping your password secure. We won't ask you for it. If you suspect your account has been compromised, email us immediately.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse the service, or post content that's illegal, harmful, or threatens others.

Website services (Quick Site, Site + Care, Full Service)

Custom website work for small businesses. Pricing starts at the tier's listed amount; the final quote is sent after we discuss your project. A non-refundable 50% deposit is collected via Stripe to lock in your build slot. Remaining 50% is due on delivery.

Delivery timelines are estimates. We aim for 5–7 days on the Quick Site tier and longer for higher tiers, but real timelines depend on how fast you respond to questions and approve drafts.

Maintenance plans (Site + Care, Full Service) renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime by emailing us; the plan stays active until the end of the paid month.

Ebooks and digital products

Digital downloads (ebooks, templates, tools) are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share them publicly. They are delivered as files; you are responsible for keeping your own backup once downloaded.

All payments are processed by Stripe Inc. We never see, store, or have access to your card number. Stripe's terms apply: stripe.com/legal/consumer.

Prices on the site are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where applicable.

Failed or disputed charges may result in suspension of services until resolved.

Ebooks & digital downloads

30-day refund if the product isn't for you, no questions asked. Email hello@aldowebsitellc.xyz with your order email and we'll refund within 5 business days.

Website service deposits

The 50% deposit is non-refundable once project kickoff has begun (after our intake call). If we haven't started yet, full refund within 7 days of payment.

Maintenance plans

No refunds for partial months, but you can cancel anytime and the plan stops at the end of the paid month.

When you post comments, ratings, or any content on this site, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the site as part of running the service.

By posting content, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. Don't post anything illegal, harassing, deceptive, or spam-like.

We may remove content that violates these terms, without notice, at our discretion.

You agree NOT to:

→ Attempt to break, exploit, or reverse-engineer the site or its security

→ Use the site to send spam, scrape data at scale, or run bots without permission

→ Impersonate other people or organizations

→ Resell or redistribute purchased ebooks/templates beyond personal use

→ Use the site to do anything illegal in your jurisdiction or ours (Utah, USA)

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to hello@aldowebsitellc.xyz instead of exploiting it. We appreciate responsible disclosure.

All site content (design, text, images, code, downloads) is owned by Aldo Website LLC unless attributed otherwise. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

For website services we deliver to you, you receive a perpetual license to use the final work for your business. Underlying templates, libraries, and reusable code remain ours.

The site and our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the site secure and online, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

Educational content (blog posts, ebooks) is provided for informational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or security advice. Do your own research before acting on anything you read.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Aldo Website LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations — in that case, this section applies to the extent permitted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. For material changes, registered users will be notified by email where feasible. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
