Data deletion

// what we have

• ▸ your email address (from sign-up, or from Google / Apple when you sign in with one of those)
• ▸ a display name and (optionally) profile picture URL, only if you signed in with Google or Apple
• ▸ notes, snippets, and cert-prep progress you created in the Aldo's Toolkit app while signed in
• ▸ Pomodoro session log + game high-scores from the Aldo's Toolkit app
• ▸ any comments or ratings you left on the website

We do not store passwords (Supabase handles that) and we never sell your data. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless page analytics (Vercel) and the service providers listed in the privacy policy (hosting, payments, email, crash reporting, AI providers for the tools you invoke).

// how to delete it

The fastest path: in the Aldo's Toolkit app, open Account → delete my account. We email you a 6-digit code and, once you enter it, your Toolkit account and all synced data are deleted immediately.

No app installed? Email hello@aldowebsitellc.xyz with the subject Delete my account. Send it from the email address tied to your account so we can verify it's you. We'll confirm and delete within 7 days.

• ▸ ALL your Aldo's Toolkit / website data: notes, snippets, cert-prep progress, scores, daily streak, pomodoro log, AI usage records, comments, ratings, and your profile
• ▸ your Toolkit membership record
• ▸ your sign-in identity (email/login) is deleted too, unless you also use another Aldo Website LLC product with the same login (our products share one sign-in system). In that case the login stays so your other account keeps working, and every piece of Toolkit data is still removed. Want the login gone everywhere? Delete your account in each product, or email us and we'll remove it across all of them.

Stripe transaction records (if you ever bought something from the shop) are kept for tax and compliance reasons, with your email replaced by "[deleted account]" so they are no longer linked to you.
